Job Description
The Entry-Level Sales Manager maintains the daily operations of the customer service and sales team. This position develops, implements, and maintains processes, procedures, and programs to improve customer service and is responsible for promoting company standards and engaging employees to drive customer loyalty and customer engagement through customer service.
Entry-Level Sales Manager Duties:
- Building relationships with clients, team members, and management
- Assisting in implementing compelling and consistent business development campaigns
- Working with people daily
- Assisting in customer acquisition and retention
- Staying educated on new services and/or products
- Speaking with potential customers to complete the sales cycle
- Remaining professional to provide outstanding customer service acquisitions
- Attending conference calls, meetings, and informational training sessions with clients, trainers, management, and brand representatives
- 2 year or bachelor's degree preferred but will accept H.S Diploma or G.E.D.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly assess a new environment and develop solutions that support the business strategy, critical objectives, and cultural norms
- Strong relationship building and influence skills
- Ability to be flexible, resilient, and thrive in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment
- Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
- Great work ethic and ambition
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
